I'm glad rose. You know I find that love can change. That as a relationship changes so the type of love changes.
Love can exist in one form then morph to another depending on circumstance. The love continues but the nature of the love alters.

Interesting. Do you think that, once having loved someone absolutely, that love can continue ad infinitum or lessen eventually if the relationship comes to an end?
It's only perceived as 'very', to 'very-very, slow'.. If, that's how some people, choose to view that process, 'Tom.'
As for 'moi'.. As a 'teen', for instance.. {which, like Most people, my age.. Doesn't seem-to-be, Entirely, 'ancient history', if you will}.. Who could've foresaw.. that, 'American's disallusionment, with the 'Vietnam' War.. Would, cause our elected, 'leaders' to make, the Same geo-political/ military Over-reach, within, a 'generation', of 20, or so, years! .. Ie., We finally, 'withdrew, from, 'Vietnam' in 1975.. And then - Foolishly, intervened, in 'Iraq', in, or around, 1991. - 16, short years !
.. There are other examples.. Like, 'Gays' being considered, as another 'le-git' Life-style.. In due time.. Which, I won't touch, {debate-wise}, with a '12 foot-pole'!

I think the form changes LJ. Without knowing someone absolutely the nature of the love naturally alters. The love doesn't die but is transformed over time.

Yes, I agree having once loved absolutely the love would remain but alter. I just wondered if you thought the depth of love would necessarily diminish though over time.
