Anyway a friend said you know he might die. Make your peace. That was fantastic advice.
I told him I had no hard feelings. It was nice to give him that at least. I feel guilty sometimes I'm not there for him but I figure if you aren't there for your kids the relationship fails. Love needs to be nurtured.

People take love for granted. I'm not a perfect man and I'm not especially intelligent. I know though if you don't put time into a relationship it's doomed to fail.

You know we criticise ourselves. For what we don't have. But it's not our fault. I mean I have a wife I love but no friends. And it's not like that somehow I have screwed up. Just some things come easy and some don't, it's not our faults you know?
