My older 'blood' brother, {who lives 5 blocks away, here}, has been long time proficient, in the 'German' language... Plus, he weekly hosts, a 'French' & 'Russian' private language, clubs.. free-of-charge.. And, anywhere, from 1, to 3 other people. - I always stay away.. due to my Non-abilities, and, more to the point - Lack, of interest.
