Substances like nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, and others are addictive and may or may not be legal where you are. No one is advertising or encouraging the use of illegal substances. Even a family film or TV show with alcohol or tobacco usage would still be rated G or PG (i.e. 13+)
If a post violates the community guidelines I can lock or edit it, this does not appear to violate the community policy.
