Bots are not playing according to their rating

I just played beginners 4th level bot rating 700 and it lost very meekly in spite of my poor play because I was playing fast

Also Beth 8 has an habit of not saving the queen If attacked in the middle game. It happened to me twice but I have the moves for only one of the games which is given below

Why are these bots playing so poorly? I know they are some of the weakest Bots, but even weaker players do not donate queens to your opponent like that. They would also try to ward off the mate chance in game 1 rather than idle checks and taking rooks which do not affect the mate chance

I request the person who makes these bots to make them play just like any person with the same rating would play or make their ratings change in the same way the rating of other players does
