I'm reaching out on behalf of a fellow member who was recently banned from Chess.com due to what appears to be a mistaken report. Many of us who know him were surprised by the reason stated, as it doesn't align with his character or behavior in any way. He’s a respectful, dedicated player, and I can vouch for the positive interactions he’s had with our community.
From what we understand, the ban was based on a report for behavior that doesn’t fit his personality at all. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, or the report may have been made in error. He’s always been a valuable member here, helping others improve their games and bringing good sportsmanship to each match.
Could his case be reviewed again? I’m confident a second look will show that he’s a genuine player and a good community member, and his return would only add to the respectful environment we all want to maintain. Thank you for considering this request, and please let us know if there’s any more information we can provide.
