That said, the fair play policy has no real way to determine the difference between someone doing it on purpose and someone having technical issues. If your problem is the latter, then I wouldn't worry too much about the messages. But you should still probably open a ticket.
your fair policy is an unfair distraction! your app crashes! your app gets stuck in a loop, so when matched it keeps searching instead of switching to the game screen. only way I am aware of it is by canceling my search, then a game starts.
