app doesn't work

your fair policy is an unfair distraction! your app crashes! your app gets stuck in a loop, so when matched it keeps searching instead of switching to the game screen. only way I am aware of it is by canceling my search, then a game starts.

You might post a ticket about your issue, including the version of the app you are on, iOS or Android and maybe your device.

That said, the fair play policy has no real way to determine the difference between someone doing it on purpose and someone having technical issues. If your problem is the latter, then I wouldn't worry too much about the messages. But you should still probably open a ticket.

Op, the site is broken, you just have to learn to deal with it. Sending a ticket will be a waste of your time.

Site isn't broken. Certain things may have issues. If a problem is with v2, it probably won't be fixed. If it is with v3 or the apps, then tickets are the way to make sure staff are aware and can work on the issues if needed.

I have the newest version and an excellent connection. I crash constantly and get booted from games. The auto resign feature doesn't work either. That is just the beginning.

So an app issue. That does not equate to the site being broken.

 

A lot of things can cause connection problems. That said, if you don't create a ticket, or even include details in your forum posts on the issue (e.g. exact app version, device, OS level) then it doesn't give much for the developers to look at.

App not working it's really frustrating, iam using a Samsung tabl9 ultra. Never had issues till yesterday addressed all the issues uninstall, clear cache and data reinstalled and restarted tablet. Issue continues to persistent. Hope this gets resolved very soon as I am a paying customer
