Actually because Bruce Lee only had a few informal fights, he wasn't tested in the ring- I'm sure he would have taken over.

You do realize that is a very weak argument, right? That's like saying Klitschko should lose to the unranked guy because he hasn't been tested in the ring yet. Besides that, you can do some Googling to read anecdotal evidence, like when Judo Gene Lebell picked up Bruce and carried him around like a toy.
And Google of course is the best source of information, and cannot lie?
