Can any one tell me the moral justification for post birth abortion

This isn't about politics so I won't mention political parties or people's names. This is more of a moral and philosophy questions. NY and Virginia made it legal to kill baby's and the media dint talk about it and I never figured out why. And I was told in a forum that this is a place that i can talk about this because it's off topic

I hate to burst your bubble, but if the baby is already born then it’s not abortion; it’s infanticide. And I find it hard to believe that that is legal anywhere in the US.

It was stupid of me to read and write on my phone while driving, because I could have gotten into a car accident and I didn’t notice that the screen name was a Trump maga screenname. I have no patience for this discussion and will no longer participate.
