if you're gonna do that get your USCF number from Jim liptrap. it's 11 dollars instead of 49. you don't get the magazine Chess Life tho

If you have the correct equipment (soldering iron, Magnifying stand, Clips, a breadboard to test the circuit, a circuit board the capacitors and transformers involved and the wire for the antenna) then it's kind of easy.
