Yeah... I just use predictions based on development age etc.
yeah I do. we have a house that's way too big for three people. I wish we could get a smaller one. less maintenance. yeah dads are needed. I could probably use a kick in the butt from one but ever since Dad died things are good even tho some bad stuff has been thrown in it
