no i know for a fact- i can't play scicillian b/c im terrible at the middlegames in the lines, and french is too cramped for me.
idk about pirc
If you think the French is cramped, you aren't playing the French right!
Kan Sicilian. It is the highest scoring opening for black. White wins 37.8%, black wins 30.6%, and draws 31.6%. http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessopening?eco=B42

But still, white has a higher chance of winning. what I think, if the opponent plays D4, then you can play the King's Indian defense. Because it has a higher percentage of winning then losing or drawing.

are sources of games with explanations intended for those just starting to learn about an opening.

since you said that you are bad in middlegames, I also am, and the Scheveningen Defense is excellent when you have troubles in the middlegames.
Around 2010, IM John Watson wrote, "... For players with very limited experience, ... the Sicilian Defence ... normally leaves you with little room to manoeuvre and is best left until your positional skills develop. ... I'm still not excited about my students playing the Sicilian Defence at [the stage where they have a moderate level of experience and some opening competence], because it almost always means playing with less space and development, and in some cases with exotic and not particularly instructive pawn-structures. ... if you're taking the Sicilian up at [say, 1700 Elo and above], you should put in a lot of serious study time, as well as commit to playing it for a few years. ..."
For talking now.
