Cheater?

Is this guy a cheater? Suspiciously high accuracy in recent games. Or am I totally wrong on this one?

7 out of his last 14 games with accuracy of 97% or higher, to me this just feels very unlikely for a ~1500 rated player.

Last game I has the dude beat but all of a sudden moves a pawn backwards and takes my pieces. Ruins the game. What's the point

There are three things guaranteed in life: life, death, and someone posting a cheating forum on Chess.com. Just a bit of a note, the moderators don't really like forums like this.

I would say yes, they are cheating.
