cheating?

what if i tell you he is not even a 1000 at rapid, blitz, or bullet but here he got:
93% accuracy, only one human move: 3 f5, all the other moves were engine approved, there's even a brilliant move which only stockfish spots: 14 Bh2+ what a nice bishop sacrifice for a queen. it's interesting how can someone suddenly decide to "identify" as magnus and play in such a way, but all the other games omg, they are far from greatness. if cheating became legal let us know. here's the match:
