i have a few, goats cheese, a good italian parmasan, a nice creamy blue (king island dairy is the best in Aus), Camembert! (Baked in puff pastry with bacon and shallots (spring onions) with a cumberland sauce)) To die for, Double Brie melted in a really meaty sandwich! And a nice sharp vingtage chedder with crackers, apple, and a good bottle of Red Wine (Cab Sav)!
