"Intuitive" is a by-product of familiarity. I find iPhones intuitive. My nephew says the same about Android. Put me on a Mac, however, and I'm lost. I've been using PCs since they were DOS based.
I find both Lichess and Chessdotcom intuitive because both are familiar from endless hours playing and learning at each site.
oh this is still a thing well like i have stated before hand in the past i like both sites and truly wish to stay neutral as they both have their own advantages and in the end of the day both contribute to promoting and supporting the chess community. i fee like there doesnt always have to be a rough brawl with toxicity between the two but a simple shake of hands and just smile knowing they are both really good chess sites which we all love and enjoy ❤️

that statement is false, lichess has all the same features chess.com has with a more simplistic layout and actually cares about chess while chess.com goes for a social gaming approach which enrages users like @llama or @optimissed who hate the bugs and features here like the auto bots of just bad system in general with forums and games. lichess also has the better engine for analysis and the only thing better which you stated is the videos
chess.com is a social gaming site while lichess is a caring chess site, thats how it is

This used to be true, but now they're both equal. (They both currently run Stockfish 14.1 + NNUE.)
Though it'd be nice if either site added Lc0 as an alternative analysis engine ...
one advantage of chess.com is that at least when faced with cheater, your rating is compensated and you are getting private messages which tells you faced cheater, at least here and there, which is fair
on lichess never got such message...

I have a lot more mouse slips playing on Lichess and the app hasn't worked in months.
