I was wondering because I solve problems I encounter at work in my sleep sometimes but have never dreamed any chess moves. I haven't played chess that long, only about two years. I was wondering if any of you that have played for quite some time have ever solved chess puzzles in your sleep while dreaming?

I used to solve engineering problems, equations, (and also gunsmithing problems) in my sleep, especially in Graduate School, but I don't recall any chess dreams.  

I love the Yellow Rose of Texas.  Have you ever heard Blue Bells of Scotland Bel?

I love this topic. The first time I solved a complex math problem in my sleep when I had been stumped during the day, amazed me.  I wish I could harness it. lol I only had the wonderful suprise a few times.
