Chess Life Lessons

I feel that there are things about chess that has life lessons embedded on it. Here are some of mine:

1. Mistakes have consequences. Its called accountability. Blunder could cause you the whole game. But its a consequence that should be acceptable.

2. Mistakes teach you what not to do. So its not totally bad right? Because learning could not have been facilitated without them.

3. Accept that someone is better and stronger. Why not? Its good for the human race in general.

4. No take backs. What done can never be undone. Deal with it.

5. Enjoy the game while it last. Nothing is forever.
