Chicken and Egg
The first organisms reproduced asexually long before sexual reproduction, so I vote chicken.
But then again, the first true chicken definitely hatched from an egg.
iv found the answer to this before
and it depends whether you are talking about whether the chicken came from evolution or was created
Evolution : if you think evolution exists then neither came first
Creation : if you think creation exists and that a god created the chicken its the chicken, this is for several reasons
1. Other creatures didnt start as children, humans (Adam, Eve, Pandora, etc) all started as adults, not as children, and im guessing its safe to say it is the same for all none egg laying animals, so why is a chicken different?
2. Why does the god want to have time to wait to see there creation in its full form? it would be easier to just make them as a adult.
3. There is a large likelihood that if they started as eggs that the non egg laying animals would just pick the eggs up an eat them, the god doesnt want to waste time protecting the eggs so its easier to make them as a adult.
4. lets face it, gods like Epimetheus are impatient, they dont want to waste there time waiting for the eggs to hatch and grow into adults, there going to want them to be a adult immediately
Conclusion : if evolution exists and the chicken evolved, nothing comes first, if the chicken was created by a god, it is the chicken as it is easier for the god.
To me, I believe chicken comes first then the egg.
If you believe in creation, chicken comes first. If you believe in evolution, egg comes first.
To me, I believe in creation, so, chicken comes first.

The egg came first. Evolution is scientifically proven, and so some other animal that hatched from an Egg evolved, eventually, into chickens!
I'm out of eggs and have no chickens so,.
Tomorrow I'm going to COSTCO and buy a box of 50 eggs.
Maybe one will turn into a chicken . . .
Naw, You forgot about needing a rooster to fertilize the egg.
"if the egg is opened from the outside there's no life, but
if opened from within life begins, thanks to the rooster."
