To close your chess account, you need to¹²:

1. Go to settings > all settings, which you can find in the bottom left of the screen anywhere on Chess.com.
2. Select ‘account/payment’ near the bottom.
3. Click on ‘manage account’.
4. Follow the steps on the Manage Account page to confirm your identity.
5. Tap the “Close My Account” button.
