Nice Bowl season! Bama is the National Champion and all my schools won their bowl games. Congrats to all the players.
I'm just happy that Texas won. I thought that the national championship game was kind of boring. 5 field goals, a late touchdown and a missed PAT all by the same team isn't really an exciting game.
True, it wasn't the Texas vs. USC offensive spectacle of a few years ago. But the best two teams met and this time the defenses dominated. Just read that LSU and Bama have two of the best returning teams for next year. Repeat?
The college bowl season is upon us. All three univesities I attended, Purdue (undergraduate), Temple (graduate) and Alabama (law school), are in. So here's my shout out: Go Boilers, Owls and Crimson Tide!
