I'm quite unhappy with an important bug.
In my 1 and only crazyhouse game, there was a glitch. It's this:
When I try promoting the queen, nothing would happen, and then I kept on trying until, I'm annoyed. I thought it was broken, so I tried moving another piece instead, but it glitched again. The promoting options started getting squished and duplicated and the board was frozen! I couldn't move any chess pieces, and all I had to do was click Resign. It made me so mad because I was in a winning position, and my opponent's rating is 200 points lower than me, so I lost so many points!
Please make it so that every time there is a bug in a game, give my rating points back. Because why do I have to lose a game for no reason?! You just lose points for no reason when it's a bug.

It sounds like somebody (you) needs to send in a bug report.
Send it to support@chess.com.
They need your bug reports in order to fix things.
