The dialogue is a parody of that from the John Wayne film, Big Jake.
He is not back.........yet. Once upon a time he stowed away on a Lugger , and had to wear red trousers with bells attached, but thats a long time ago, and not many who witnessed it are still here.
Oh... He was known as Red Bull in those far off days.
