Cookie recipes

Ask me for any cookie recipe at all! I’ll post one  to get started.

Chocololate cookies

You will need:

1/4 stick butter 🧈 

200g flour 

80g sugar

2 egg yolks🥚

35g chocolate chips 🍫

Method

  1. Mix the butter and sugar together until creamy 
  2. Add the  egg yolks 
  3. Mix in the flour until doughy
  4. Depending on how many cookies you want to make and how many chocolate chips you have, make a dough circle and put about 5 chips into it. Repeat for all the cookies.
  5. Flatten the cookies to the thickness of a coin

Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius.This isn’t my own cookie. It’s just how it’s supposed to look.
