Close fights, but i'd put my money on Batman over either Superman or Spiderman.

 the only reaon  spider-man may win is because of his spider sense. cause batman beats people up is because of he sneak attacks his enemys. but i am sure batman will pull something out of his utility belt. ;D

Yes, i took Spider-man's spider sense into consideration. I think Batman is smart enough to realize something's up when Spider-man dodges his sneak attacks, so he'll make a double attack. One attack will be to make Spider-man dodge, and the second to where Spider-man will go.
