I had lots of trouble with that for years, but during lockdown I had to take the time to find a way to change all that and it worked. Thanks for the reminder. I forgot to include IF. Even during the unhealthiest parts of my life i was never sick. Never had the flu, and cant remember the last time i had a cold. But i look back at how badly i treated my body. Im shocked it has held up as well as it has. But once i started eating right, stretching, exercising, IF, and educating myself that took it to a whole new level. Eating things i always hated, actually enjoying going to the gym. I love being healthy.
I can be supplement junkie trying new things. Seeing what works for me and what doesnt.

The only supplement I'm taking is Potassium.....because I don't wanna deal with bananas....

Im a daily salad eater. And not that cheap crappy white person iceberg lettuce.

The best parts of my days are usually just salads 🥗 And I have not seen any progress on the side of the pandemic coming towards salad eaters so far. 🤷

Pretty much every day i get home from the gym and i fry up 3 strips of bacon, dice up 2 hard boiled eggs. make a big ole salad with spinach leaves, and all those healthy greens. And top it off with Pink Himalayan salt, coarse ground black pepper, and this awesome chipotle ranch dressing.

I did lazy keto/dirty keto for 4 years and it did wonders for me. But I wanted more. So i started researching and came across clean keto. So while i still do keto, I started eating clean. Grass fed, organic food. Like the saying goes: "You are what you eat." But I took it one step further: "You are what your food eats." So i quit eating grain fed meat.
Grass fed organic meat, eggs, chicken.
Organic veggies and fruits.
Lots of water.
Exercise, stretching, sunshine.
If my doctor had his way i would be on 6 prescriptions. I have reversed and or minimized them all.
