If he won't stop PMing you about it, block him. That's exactly what I did...I asked him to stop PMing me on a certain topic he had initiated himself and kept harping on, and when he sent me 3 more PMs anyway, I blocked him. He's not a person that holds concerns for anything but his own agenda and wellbeing.

Essentially, he is harassing you to continue his harassment of me, on his behalf. Just...don't? Seems pretty cut and dry.

I agree it was being made as a bioweapon but it leaked out before the lethality was at a higher level. In other words there are worse bioweapons still being worked on in my opinion.

So the plan was that they would all wear masks while they unleashed it on the rest of the world?

Masks are of very little help with human viruses. You need a special suit.

I would say with 'special suits' one is temporarily 100% safe ...
but this doesn't mean masks 'don't work'.
First - consider that surgery teams have not been using masks worldwide for over 100 years 'for show'.
Second - one can try exhaling on some glass. You see condensation right?
How close does one have to be for that to happen? How hard must one exhale?
Now try it with a Covid mask on ... And that's for exhale. For inhale?
What's better - one just inhales the virus or they get blocked or trapped in the fibers and moisture in the mask?
There's a mistaken conception that since the viruses are much smaller than the apertures in the latticwork that the viruses 'would get through'.
What's actually going on is that air molecules are much smaller than viruses.
When somebody else (with no mask) exhales - their exhale is moisturized. That means the viruses are in the moisture.
The moisture hits the mask of the other person. That moisture is absorbed by the mask.
That means the viruses are in the mask - not in you.
Wouldn't the mask get soaked? No. Evaporation takes care of that.
Do masks become 'petri dishes' for viruses?
No. That would happen if you didn't dispose of the mask and renew it daily.
Three - do red lights at intersections 'prevent traffic deaths'?
Yes - but they don't confer '100% protection'.
Does that mean that red lights 'don't work'?
The brakes on one's car don't provide '100%' protection.
Does that mean one 'shouldn't brake'?

Sam - you're arguing that since bacteria are larger than viruses - that masks 'don't work'?
The reasons for surgical masks in surgery 'invalidate' masks to stop viruses?
If anything - those reasons would reinforce the reasons to wear a mask to stop viruses.

Red lights are to reduce high speed accidents ... so therefore red lights 'don't' reduce low speed accidents?
The misinformation and disinformation put out worldwide arguing that masks 'don't work' is enormous.
Its like the misinfo and disinfo that 'lockdowns don't work' ...
or 'vaccinations aren't 100% safe so one shouldn't be vaccinated'
People will believe what they want to believe. But there's this thing called cognitive disonnance ...
Internal conflict between two cognitions.
To feel more comfortable - the one that's not preferred gets trashed ...

Many people who were talked out of vaccination ... and then became terminally ill with Covid - then begged to be vaccinated. But it was too late.
Were they talked out of masks and other preventatives too?

There was even one person on this website trying to pretend 'viruses can't spread diseases' ... his tactic was to invoke the word 'vesicles'. Feeling that doing so validated his nonsense. The same person tried to pretend there were no airliners at 9/11.
At least one flat-earther here tried to pretend there's no Covid virus.
Flat-earther motivation: hatred or distrust or resentment of science and scientists.
They often dress this up as 'distrust of MSM. Mainstream media'.
MSM reports something - so it couldn't be?

You'll get a lot of hits. Yes.
Does that mean they stop 100% of all viruses?
Do red lights prevent all high speed and low speed accidents?

Sam - we're going to disagree about this.
But I'm glad to see you anyway. Not because of the disagreement!

It's just exhausting to deal with various forms of scientific denialism. I wonder if this exhaustion could lead to an immune system suppression? A study should be done on that!

the internet is being used to spread denialisms about Covid and global warming and evolution and even about the shape of the earth ...
and such denialisms are a threat to the whole world.
And the denialists know it. So do their leaders.

Why do you think they do it? I doubt most of these clods are part of some grand scheme, at least wittingly. Do they get some kind of kick out of being contrary, like it confers some kind of special status on them as holders of forbidden "truths"? Do you think they get off on imagining that they are somehow smarter or more astute than everybody else: those holders of common knowledge that is given the blessings of socially acceptable scientists?

I don't think conceit and narcissism are their major motivations.
Although those could be there too as additional symptoms.
Its more like 'misery loves company' (their misery) plus 'power trip' (hey you can't stop us and we like that and we 'feel your pain') and their leaders know exactly how to play that.
For example many denialists are very vulnerable to 'they think they're better than you' a tactic much used by their leaders who also use the tactic of doing wrong while automatically and simultaneously accusing their opponents of what they do including planning to do so and how to do so in advance. 
Then they get the denialists to do the same thing. Happens constantly.
Part of mass denialisms is indoctrination.
Their leaders manipulating their sheep/wolves/pretenders/hybrids.
In other words its just as much about their leaders as it is about them.

I had a mild case. Sore throat was the worst part. There was a little discomfort and a cough beyond that. I think humanity's t-cells have diminished it's severity.

Viruses naturally mutate towards less deadly and more transmissible forms...100% transmissible, 0% death of host body is their #1 goal for survival and circulation.

Regarding mutations of viruses and the like - that's related to evolution.
A big percentage of mask-deniers vaccination-deniers Covid-deniers and flat earthers and the like are also evolution deniers.
Evolution denial is a biggy.
And relevant to Covid and the massive disinformation campaigns that helped the disease to spread.

As viruses go then, the herpes simplex (1 & 2) seem ideal: easily spreadable and almost never fatal, while the "common cold" seems to be a little more fatal for people who can end up with pneumonia, but even that path to the grave is mighty rare. The flu can run up a death toll, but again, that's mainly from pneumonia. Covid-19 ended up putting people into a respiratory arrest and on the ventilators really fast when it first hit and made the hop to pneumonia (as with me) fairly quickly.
