From across the border, Taher sings about his angel.
Cringe pop

After posting the great William Hung on another topic, was wondering about such a genre.
Yes it exists. Mostly monopolized by South Asians it seems. This dude, Vennu, even made in to Wikipedia!
1st off, sawdof, get help. What in the WORLD made you wonder if there was such a thing as cringe pop?? And worse, why in the world do you hate us enough to share it??!!!
2nd-ly, is that music producer wearing underpants (tidy whities) on top of his head at the 1:33 mark?

I recently came across this gem. Thanks again to the wonderful YouTube algorithm.

misery shared is misery halved. thank you for sharing. my excuse is that i was having a William Hung hangover.
also i'll have you know that wearing underpants on the head is a highly (pun intended) respected fashion statement.

Toilet Trouble - Unknown Artist
that was actually pretty good

Oh crap! I misread the title. Sorry everyone.
The first time I ever heard this song was on MTV's 120 Minutes. I was playing chess with my cousin at the time. When this video came on we both agreed to stop, take a toke, and enjoy this wonderful song.
Cibo Matto - Know Your Chicken
Some may consider it cringe, but I consider it ART.

and now if we open it up to non-english languages we have this gem. someone please translate - i'm sure it has something to do with transcendental medication since after watching it, i have this sudden irresistible urge to leave my mortal remains.

omg another dude with another hit! language is obviously no barrier. the "English" might still need some translation.

Gee this is surprisingly good
what really impresses me is
(1) being able sing after swallowing the harmonica
(2) it reminds me a lot of A Flock Of Seagulls.
this is probably the only song of theirs i know, and it's a lot better than cringe
