No, he's referring to the impossible question, how do you describe a color to someone who has never seen a color? Like someone who's been blind for life, or color blind of a specific color, for example. There isn't words to really describe a color without comparing it to something.

i saw this one post on reddit where this blind dude answered everyone’s questions about being blind and i think he said that he has no sense of light or color
