Describe Color without using the "color" unsolvable question?!? or am i just dumb

Say in this case blue, your job is basically to describe the color (in this case) BLUE. You have to describe it without (ex.) the sky is blue.

No, he's referring to the impossible question, how do you describe a color to someone who has never seen a color? Like someone who's been blind for life, or color blind of a specific color, for example. There isn't words to really describe a color without comparing it to something.
