The guy in the back, tired of all the violence, finally decides that enough is enough and steps in.
"Alright, alright, I think I've had enough. We obviously have a number of strong personalities here, and they're clashing. Nothing wrong with that (except the violence *cough* *cough*) but I think it's time to move on here. By stepping through that door, you've officially signed the contract meaning that you've signed up for a job with the Dimension Hoppers, so congrats new employees. Great.
Now just step through into the main building where there's a bunch more space where you can all grow accomodated and NOT destroy our very expensive and fragile reception room which I took two whole days to put together. Just- go ahead. By the way, my shortened name is Mark, nice to meet you all new employees."
Mark steps aside from his place at the doorway, allowing everyone to enter the rest of the building without issue.
