I am SO FOR Colby’s movement about bringing in positive threads that only allow those who care to express only that, and the more and more threads such as, the FAR BETTER for the members on the site, even those that were blocked and recognize to alter their perspective, viewpoints, steering on a negative side!

Ok, but 80% of colby's posts are negative... they tell people don't post that here, stay on topic, etc... and most of his corrections are nonsense.
If you want positive change, then be that change.
I never see colby in topics where people offer analysis on chess positions and advice on other chess topics... the sort of stuff I do daily.
So you want a positive change with chess.com? Sure, I'm for that.
Step 1? Get rid of Colby 
What about letting us see him to prove that he is exactly factual with his firm standing turning things around for the good, yes?🤔

I'd like to believe that if I hadn't seen him turning young members against each other after he boots one of them out and then lies about the things that person has done so their friends don't like them any more.
It's all pretty gross and self serving.
Posting screenshots of conversations is not allowed and I ask @Princess to please remove those.
I am probably not supposed to address this, but I felt like I had to explain the situation.
