In fact in a discussion group I'm in a guy called me a fascist just a few days ago. I don't mind, and no one told him not to do that. It's just part of having a discussion sometimes.

But I can see how it might be different in one of Colby's groups... groups where people are looking for any little reason to hate someone and kick them out. So yeah, for you guys this might have been a big deal.

Well wages have stayed flat for decades while the cost of living has gone up and the rich get richer.

Conservatives like to pretend women shouldn't work, and it's better they stay home (and there is an argument to be made there) but if they actually cared about morality they wouldn't go all in for corporations every single time. If both parents have to work to afford food and medicine then that's what's going to happen.

Well, from what I've seen, the kids who support him have been pretty thoroughly fooled into thinking he's a really good guy.

Maybe some of them are new accounts who don't remember when he was a massive troll.

Sure people can change for the better, but again, what I see is just more of the same from him. He's manipulative, and turns people against each other... and lying profusely when necessary to keep it going.

And look, I realize it's noble to want to make the forum a better place.

But first of all they seem fine to me... the moderators do a good job in taking care of toxic people... I mean, this topic is pretty tame, but I'm sure they'll delete it for being mean to colby heh.

And secondly Colby is not changing anything for the better, he's turning people against each other.

I mean, just in the past 24 hours I've been thanked twice for helpful comments I've made in topics... that's what makes the forums better, not micromanaging your clubs, and vilifying anyone who doesn't march in lockstep with you.

So ok, you'll stay vigilant. That's good. I realize most people don't 100% buy into colby's persona of a good guy.
