So, I was actually thinking about starting a DnD campaign in these forums because KOTL is great and all, but it would be nice to try something else once in a while. So, I wanna hear some thoughts. Is anybody interested in this? Because if so, I've got a great campaign ready.

Also, I'm rolling the dice. happy.png

dungeons and dragons?

Dragonlouis

yep.

know how to play?

Dragonlouis

It's basically KOTL, but you create your own vessel (with guidelines ofc), roll dice (sry 'bout the rng, but you might actually start to like it), and it's kinda cool. And kinda old, as well.

Dragonlouis

Actually, let me rephrase that. It's basically KOTL, but you create your vessel, roll dice, and it's more structured because it was actually made by smart-ish people.

*clears throat*

HOW TO CREATE A CHARACTER IN DnD.

Step 1: Choose a race.

Choose a race. There are 9 different races (I think) that a player can be. These are:

Dwarf, Elf, Human, Halfling, Gnome, Dragonborn, Half Elf, Half Orc, Tiefling.

Let's go ahead and list every single statistic off all of these races.

Dwarf:

Gains a +2 in Constitution

Can speak Dwarven and Common.

When investigating stonework, consider yourself proficient in the History(Int) skill and double your proficiency bonus.

Additionally, you have resistance to poison.

Also, you can...

You know what just buy one of the books. I'm done doing this.

Or download a book online.
