Do you guys do Duolingo?

Just noticed someone who has over 1.2 million XP in two years. Just one language. Must be pretty fluent now!
Oh, that isn’t a logical conclusion. From my experience, there are plenty of ways to reach over 1 million XP without learning anything but the basics.
For 2 years? 104 weeks of over 10,000 XP? Seems difficult to avoid covering a lot of ground!

Oh, the shame of it. Carelessness got me demoted from Diamond to Obsidian. What's the use of a 418 day streak if I can't avoid demotion?
Ahhhh… but how high have you finished in diamond tournament?
Well, I have "won" it. Good enough for me. The plan to get back to diamond is progressing. I am surprised only 4 get promoted. Thought it was more, but it has been a long time...

Yes, 10,000 xp a week is not hard to get. Also (and unfortunately) it is actually more difficult to cover a lot of ground, because the urge to win in leagues and earn xp blinds users from the true point: learning a language. Instead, they hunker down in easy skills and earn tons of xp. I can show you several examples

One example. This user earns about 1000 xp a day, except for this day and an occasional 3000-5000. With this, it’s not improbable to think he could reach 1.2 million in 2 years

Another example. If the loading takes an extra 3 seconds, a user can complete 12 lessons/120 xp a minute. With 15 minutes an xp boost, 1800 xp a day isn’t far off
