Personal advice, which I never really do here but, meh I feel kinda bad.
If you want to be successful in business or in life, (I used this on the former and it got me pretty far for my age) you can't worry about what people are always thinking about you. Yes, if you know someone possibly a client or colleague does not like you then don't talk to him/her. Life isn't easy, and you're gonna have people who don't like you. Such is the price of life, you cannot live without paying for it somehow mentally. You can't make everyone like you. What you can do, however, is rejoice in the ones you do.
