And for the record to everyone else that doesn’t know, that is Caesar Malone in the gif. He specializes in dog and dog ownership training. He is not punching the dog. He’s giving it a corrective poke on the side of the neck (as a dog would). A requirement in the USA is that before a person can fully adopt a dog they should be able to pass a feeding test or else (in some states) it cannot be legally sold and will be put down.
