....the inquiry is as saying which is better... best or bestest? it’s just ridiculous because they both are simply wonderful creatures!
The truth is- and it is not always recognized- that the more obedient a dog is and the better it is trained for its work , the more it becomes a ‘slave’ to its master, however willing that slave may be , and the more It loses its own independence of thought and action. ........also you cannot compare cats with dogs . One might as well ask , ‘ Do you prefer eggs and bacon or a game of golf .

I would prefer eggs and bacon, but maybe just the eggs.
