Now the new years arrive

But it’s not fun for me

From the start of 25 (again, two-five)

I was riddled with grief

Should I leave? Should I go?

Why should I ever stay?

And if I let them know

Would it still stay the same?

I found NF and heard

About how he would cope

He would write down the words

And he’d write songs like HOPE

I said “eh, worth a shot”

And I made poetry

“Voices” born, not a joke

Every word I believed

And I started to see

Making music, I knew

That’s what I wanna be

I found my passion on this site

My home away from home, around the world

And then I got a message one dark night

Now I’d trade the world to meet that girl

.

I found love and I found peace

I found friends and found rp’s

Now there’s nothing you could do

To make me want to leave

The dominos, they fell so strange

Couldn’t guess it if I’d tried

But there’s nothing I would change

And you know that’s not a lie
