Emma having trouble with mute.

Emma told me to say her mute isn’t working correctly. It was not a phantom mute, but a 24 hr mute. It started on July 10 and hasn’t gone away, and she has no email to contact cc.
Looks like she'll be gone forever.. 🤣

There's this thing called contacting support that has a group of people whose whole job is to do things like unmute people.
I know, it sounds too good to be true, but it is.
She cant. No email. No clue what they do in support but she can’t. 🤷
Doesn’t she have to have an email to create an account?
