It is spam to send people the link to your club,you can only do official invites enless you asked the person before you just send them the link such as "can I send you the link to my club since you are not accepting invites?" And if they say sure then it is ok but if they don't answer or say no it's spam to send the link. And yes the person in the screenshot is @KyloRen3000 breaking rules again telling everyone in his club that they can just send the link, @KyloRen3000 is a troller spammer and if you want more PROFF of that than the screenshot above dm me. Thank you if your still reading by now I have one more thing to say, if you EVER get sent the link to a club and you did not tell the person it was ok report them as spam all you do if it's the first message right above it in red letters is "report spam" if it's not the first message then you have to click there message and hit report them spamming hit report them viola! You have just saved chess.com from another spammer!! Thx for reading!!
