Fake photos on profiles

difficult to decipher, what says our favourite asperger ?

This is my first day on the site. Are we supposed to have profile pics of our face on here?

Not neccessarily.  Although the point of this thread is that it's not a good idea to pass off someone else's photo as your own.

Fact is that only a little minority use his true identity. That's why i think that is really not a problem when a long established member use fake pictures, if use it only to attract attention , this remain a chess site.

True, so you don't have to use your picture.  Something else which is obviously not you, and not intended to be misleading (like a tropical bird) would do.
