There are mods and clients to do that, I think.
The best gun is unfortunately the shotgun, when paired with deagle or alien blaster it becomes unstoppable. I realized “ if you can’t beat em, join em”...
Sniper is a rewarding class (which used to be my main thanks to ComptonTerry) but unfortunately has too many counters, with lmg, rpg and most of all the revolver having a big advantage against a sniper.

I agree. a sniper is best played as a hacker, along with the revolver and crossbow (and sometimes the shotgun). The best gun to counter a hacker is the smg cause it has a lot of rounds in it and does not need to be reloaded as often. I am not saying this gun will always work against hackers, just that it is yr best chance.
Alsoe shotgun jumping is fun

The LMG, you mean, would give you a chance against hackers.

Yes, it’s fun, but there is a strategy you can abuse to kinda “spawn camp”.
The shotgun is nice, but for some reason I always get the highest amount of kills from the AK...
I once observed a KSL match where Kouka was dominating with the shotgun. He switched to the revolver, and in a couple of minutes he was in third place 🤣
I used the shotgun to get a couple kills against Hxllxw in another scrim. (I wonder what he had said on his voice chat, “F***ing Lead using the shotgun!”)
Awesome rage -inducing weapon which is also one of the best classes on the game!
