Well, it's urbanish, I suppose... Galway city. My favourite city in Ireland. You have everything, trad music, clubs and theatres, beaches and countryside, Jazz, and lots of Irish speakers. Sadly accomodation in the Republic is very expensive, but as a Nordy, if I was ever to move elsewhere on the island that's where I'd go. Dublin doesn't hold a candle.
