Feature explanation: Upvoting and Downvoting

This feature is used for things like insults, if a comment is below a certain threshold of downvotes it will become a grayed out comment and if it hits below a second threshold the comment gets hidden from public view. On the other hand upvoting does nothing except for a certain set of achievements. Voting only works on web version and for accounts that are not currently muted, logged out or guests. This feature also works in clubs. So the next time you see an insult, just downvote it. post any more suggestions below!!!
