Below is the explanation of the game.
The main goal is to unravel the hints and follow the directions to find the parts of the hidden sentence, the correct answer should be a complete sentence. All words in the sentence are spelled properly and no slang is used. This is solvable with enough work, team work is encouraged. All possible answers may be shared here, all incorrect guesses will be informed of such here, although all correct answers will be notified through PM if available.
All three numbered sections contain at least one part of the sentence. The one indicated area between Note 1 and Note 2 does not have a part of the sentence, or is used in any of the hints in Section 3. However an unnecessary hint reveling the number of words in the sentence can be found in-between the notes.
Section 2 is the main area where most of the solutions for the hints can be found. Section 3 is where all of the hints and their directions can be found. Excluding the bonus hint in Section 1.

Miss. Spelled is a bit agitated about a violating
misfit. Her eye searched the room yet found nothing for it was not
here or found around here. Another person asked, "Is anything wrong Miss. S?"

8./ Take the first letter of the sentence off, then with the beginning of the alphabet, move 6 to the right to find the next hint, then add that to the remaining 3.
