FOOTBALL TALK !
I think City has the best squad in the league by far (bar from Liverpool who started very poorly) and they've got the depth too.
I don't think Chelsea has the squad to win the prem this year. They got smashed by Leeds too not too sure the blues will do it.
You wouldn't expect Mourinho to coach Bournemouth though, would you? I think it's surprising they sacked him as well. Southampton kept trust in Hassenhutl twice after 9-0 losses. Bournemouth is a modest side, they're looking to survive the premier league and they won their only winnable game. I don't think anyone expected them to gain points from Arsenal, City, and Liverpool. It was a quick decision.
Scott Parker seemed quite unlucky with Fulham in 20-21: they conceded late to Wolves and Arsenal: lost to Tottenham based on a handball rule that was changed a week later, lost against West Ham with the worst penalty in the history of football and unlucky to draw Liverpool at home where Areola let a penalty squirm through
I think because of his post match comments (that it could get worse, the players weren't good enough), he was sacked because the board thought he was fostering the wrong culture
They've been awful!
Lucky to win vs Everton and Leicester: really poor against Leeds, and ultimately did deserve to get more against Tottenham.
They have no chance.
Neither do Arsenal: all the title contention talk about Arsenal is either a joke or an overreaction. Arsenal ultimately haven't played enough good teams to gauge how good they actually are (although there are obvious positive steps)
