concerning realism, Holland makes THE error not helping Bachar just for winning war vs ISIS.

Some numbers from early reports aren't adding up.
The authorities are saying a total of 7 sites were hit by 8 terrorist. Ok. At the theater there was 4 dead terrorist. That would leave 4 terrorist for 6 other sites.

To be realistic Obama in one hour , Putin in two hours make more work in middle East than France in two months. Just facts. We can support 20 days of war, putin and obama can do it non stop. In Europ only UK would have"fighting spirit" which don't exist in France (1870 / 1917 / 1944) unfortunately for others.
In Bruxelles, it is just the Barnum Circus, for fun.

People having solutions are hated or make fear in Europ, generally because people like SDN talks giving 39/45, Munich talks 1938, Yalta giving cold war instead of Patton action 1944/45, Korea and Vietnam NO strategic bombing just to keep war unendless, etc ... expecting a cheap peace and getting worse situation and ...defeat !
The moment Europ will discover that Bruxelles is NOT the political place for solutions, they will start on the way to take it.
We have to reinvent the first principle of politics : have borders well known and well protected to protect lifes and wealth.
With neutral Switzerland, and Sweden, and fears, terrorism has still some future.
Just wanted to make a short point about the religion. Muslim terrorists are just like the Christians fighting the Crusades. Did Jesus ever say to kill anyone who isn't Christian? No. He said love everybody. The people fighting in the Crusades used the Bible to say they could attack the Muslims, just like the Muslims are twisting the Koran to their own ends. The Muslims who are killing should read the Koran again. And about Muslims being a violent people, have you ever heard of a religion that all of the people aren't violent?

This must be understood. It is mass ignorance of the history of Islam among Westerners that allow the platitudes about Islam to become received wisdom.
The central figure and supreme example of Islam was a bloodthirsty warmonger. To the extent that there are peaceful Muslims in the world, they simply choose to ignore this aspects of this life. Good for them (and us) that they do. However, it is inevitable that a significant portion of Muslims will not ignore it. Large populations of Muslims will always have among them those that follow his violent example. To continue to allow Islam to flourish within Western democracies is utter suicide.
