Fritz 10 Crashes when printing

I have been fighting crashes with fritz 10, anytime I try to print a game to study the analysis it crashes. I have emailed chessbase but havent heard back yet. Has anyone had a problem with this?

I called them and they said Fritz10 does not support windows 7. Every aspect of it works on Windows 7 except printing though. So looks like I have to buy Fritz 13.
