Hello. has anyone ever gamemaster a RPG? I have a friend who plays and wants me to GM. I have some Ideas but don't really know how to make them into a game format. I am Just putting out a feeler to see if I can get a convesation started.

You need to have good world building, not treat your players like gods, and not make the adversaries dumb brutes who just charge blindly. Encourage the players to use tactics and don’t shy away from letting the adversaries use them either.
