yes this is a possibility as we develop ai , it could have the potential to place nano bots inside us that will reverse decay in our cells , stopping the aging process however there are many concerns about ai too especially the singularity (the point the ai becomes cleverer than us )

When he reached earth he was 160 years old but he looked like he was 40 yrs old and his daughter was 75-80 yrs old and she looked older than her father , so if we go instertelar we can live for more yrs and it will be possible to find a habitual planet
I think the other possible usage of wormhole is to teleport spaceship.
And that way of rejuvenation is not helping because that give an equivalence of skipping time period without actual work.
